All-New 2021 Ford Puma from AU$31,990 In Australia

The first units of the all-new Puma will start arriving in Australia later this month, but meanwhile, Ford has announced the official pricing of its subcompact crossover.

Offered in three versions, base, ST-Line and ST-Line V, it will become available form AU$31,990, AU$33,990 and AU$36,990 (US$23,290 / US$24,746 / US$26,930). Those who test-drive the vehicle in person in September and October will get a AU$500 (US$364) discount, which increases to AU$1,000 (US$728) for existing Ford owners.

In order to celebrate the launch of the car Down Under, Ford will offer a virtual test drive program for those interested in finding out more about the 2021 Puma. Hosted together with its dealership network, it’s dubbed the ‘Desk Drive’ and will include several Live events via the official local Facebook page, which will allow participants to take a walkaround and discover some of the features of the vehicle. The first one will commence in late September, with full details and additional dates to be announced on social media.

Ford has also launched the online configurator for the Australian market, which allows customers to choose their favorite color, with only White, Blue and Red being no-cost options. The interior trim can be selected too, alongside several option packages, including the Park Pack and Panorama Roof, which are AU$1,500 (US$1,092) and AU$2,000 (US$1,456) extras, respectively. All versions of the Puma are powered by the 1.0-liter petrol engine with 123 HP (125 PS / 92 kW) and 125 lb-ft (170 Nm) of torque that’s mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission.

The 2021 Puma will be joined by the new Escape in Ford showrooms later this year.
